.london, .auto, .fish, .money - Who, how, and when to get a new Top Level domain?
Over the last years, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has driven the largest expansion of the domain name system since the Internet’s inception. Since launching the new generic top-level domain (gTLD) program, over 1,200 new domains have been delegated to the Internet and is enabling a new level of choice, competition and innovation online.
We invite you to a meeting with Ms. Gabriella Schittek, GSE Manager, Central & Eastern Europe of ICANN, who will explain the new gTLD program and discuss how it has changed the Internet landscape. She will also give insight into what the future looks like for even more new gTLDs.
Organized by the AmCham Business & Technology Services Committee, the meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom (Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor).
