On behalf of the AmCham Real Estate Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled “How Green Is Your Future Lease?” Our speakers will be from AmCham member companies: Aleksander Grabecki, Advocate, Senior Associate of the CMS Real Estate and Construction Department, and Maciej Traczyk, JLL’s Director.
During the meeting, we will focus on practical aspects related to green leases in the office sector and share knowledge about incorporating sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices into the terms and conditions of lease agreements, including:
- Current trends and standards in the office rental market;
- Description of how sustainable lease translates into measurable benefits;
- Green clauses – specific examples from real lease agreements;
- Factors influencing the attractiveness of the office;
- Data from other European jurisdictions illustrating the approach to the green lease concept and market forecasts.
