The AmCham HR Management Committee invites you to a discussion on managing internal investigations prompted by whistleblower reports entitled To Investigate or Not to Investigate – That is the Question!
This session, led by lawyers from Wardynski & Partners, will delve into critical insights and best practices on the following topics:
