EVENT DETAILS

What changes will bring the new regulations on spatial planning and development for the real estate sector? What are the practical issues of the new rules, and how will the business deal with them?

The Polish Parliament passed on May 26 the Law amending the Law on Spatial Planning and Development. The new law will set the new rules for enacting local zoning plans and issuing zoning decisions and introduce new institutions such as integrated investment plans and urban planning agreements, among others.

On behalf of the AmCham Real Estate Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Changes in the Spatial Planning System (adopted by the Sejm on May 26) – the Scope and Impact on the Real Estate Market. Our speakers will be Mr. Konrad Marciniuk, Partner, Miller Canfield and Mr. Michał Dądajewski, Board Director of PM Group in Poland, and we will discuss the following:

- Replacement of the existing studies of conditions and zoning directions of the municipality with the general plan;

- Integrated Investment Plan;

- Changes concerning the content and procedures for adopting local spatial development plans;

- Changes in building conditions;

- Limitation of the term of the new law known as lex developer;

- Intertemporal regulations – the impact of changes on ongoing proceedings.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendants before the event.
