Improvement and acceleration administrative procedures in the investment process
More than 2 years is needed for an investor to change or obtain a new environmental decision, which makes it challenging to meet companies' needs and implement their development plans on time. Prolonged administrative procedures negatively impact the Polish industry's competitiveness, which is a particular threat in the current challenging and difficult times.
Rapid economic and technological development, ambitious EU environmental goals, and a fast-pace business environment, in general, require an adequate approach from the public administration to support the investment process. The industry needs efficient administrative procedures and cooperation between the authority and the investor, which will accelerate the process of issuing the permits.
Join us on Wednesday, March 22, 9:30 – 10:30 to learn the viewpoint of our speaker – Agnieszka Wierzbicka, EY and Michał Dądajewski, PM Group and to share your thoughts and experience of handling administrative procedures within the investment process.
