Last week, the AmCham Industry Committee brought together leaders from manufacturing, technology, and business to discuss how AI, robotics, and digitalization are shaping the future of industry in Poland.

The discussion was led by Mariusz Wawer, 3M, AmCham Board Member & Industry Committee Co-Chair, and opened with a keynote by Miroslaw Ryba, Ph.D., Deloitte, who shared insights on market trends, humanoid robots, and the business case for AI adoption.

From Vision AI and predictive maintenance to supply chain optimization and the skills needed for the factories of tomorrow, the conversation focused on practical applications and real-world challenges.

Thank you to all participants for sharing their expertise and insights: Miroslaw Ryba, Ph.D., Deloitte; Marcin Wieloch, 3M; Kamil Chudziński, PepsiCo; Maria Laciuga, Pratt & Whitney; Sebastian Porebski, Mondelēz International; Łukasz Niesłuchowski, EMBA & Przemyslaw Tomys, Rockwell Automation; Kamil Sadowniczyk, Manpower Polska; Tomasz Kosik, Emerson; Marek Jankowski, Grupa Żywiec Sp. z o.o.; Łukasz Ostek, EMBA, Solventum; Mateusz Hady, Solventum; Filip Lapinski, IBM Consulting; & Mateusz Jurczyk, American Chamber of Commerce in Poland.

The discussion is also an important step toward shaping the agenda for AmCham Industry Forum 2027, where we will continue exploring the future of advanced manufacturing, AI, robotics, and digital transformation—and the policies and business solutions needed to strengthen Poland’s industrial competitiveness.
