The AmCham Americana Committee, together with the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission, invites you to a Fireside Chat with Fulbright Scholar Dr. Timothy De Ver Dye, PhD, JD.
Given Dr. Dye’s illustrious and multidisciplinary career, this will be an evening of American education, culture, and achievement at its best – with an aim to inspire!
Dr. Dye is currently on a Fulbright Specialist Scholarship at Białystok University Faculty of Law to research epidemiology and preventive medicine. Given his dual education, he is most interested in issues where international law meets medicine and society, like in the case of participation in biomedical or genetic research, or how social factors cause health situations. Dr. Dye serves as Professor and Chair in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Health Sciences at Florida Atlantic University, and has graduate degrees in anthropology, diplomacy, epidemiology, and law.
