Following an engaging discussion at the recent American Chamber of Commerce in Poland event hosted by the PepsiCo Kraków Capability Center on how Gen Z views workplace bullying, we had the opportunity to take the conversation further in Wrocław.
During an in-depth session at Align Technology’s impressive head office, we explored the legal and practical challenges HR professionals and leaders face in managing workplace dynamics across generations.
