As a continuation to our series of meetings on the New Polish Deal in taxes, the AmCham Tax & Financial Services Committee invite you to a session entitled The most important CIT changes in 2022 – What you need to know!

During this session, our speakers will be from ASB, an AmCham member company, Mr. Paweł Jóźwik, Tax Manager, Attorney at Law and Ms. Katarzyna Łopaciuk, Senior Tax Consultant.

  2. Minimum Income Tax – a new form of CIT (who will bear the minimum income tax from Jan. 2022, tax base and rate, minimum CIT tax, and exclusions);
  3. Preferential taxation rules for holding companies (new definition of a holding company, tax exemptions on dividends, tax exemptions on the sale of shares for holding companies);
  4. Taxation of payments from companies to shareholders – "hidden dividend";
  5. New regulations on the withholding tax (definition of the actual owner, due diligence criteria, etc.).
