Upcoming changes to the regulations governing the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) have become a widely discussed topic across HR departments. Together with PCS Law Firm, we have prepared an event during which Marcin Sanetra and Robert Stępień will discuss:
– How have the powers of the National Labour Inspectorate changed, particularly in matters related to inspections of employment structures?
– How should employers prepare for interactions with the Inspectorate in light of the new regulations and expanded powers?
– What may be the Inspectorate’s priorities during inspections, including those related to employment structure? What do inspectors pay attention to, what are examples of typical violations, and what should employers avoid?
– How can good practices be developed, and what recommendations are there for employers – should the Inspectorate be seen primarily as a supervisory authority or also as a business partner?
Join us on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Brown Brothers Harriman office in Kraków (1 Klimeckiego Street) to explore these questions and take part in the discussion.
For participants joining from outside Kraków, the event will also be streamed online.
During the event, we expect representatives of the Kraków Regional Labour Inspectorate to attend as participants. In early autumn, we plan to continue this discussion with a follow-up event led by representatives of the Inspectorate, summarizing the first months of the new regulations in practice.
