EVENT DETAILS

Is your organization ready for the new approach tax authorities are taking to financial and tax data? Are you wondering how JPK CIT changes the way tax audits and verification activities are conducted? What data can be automatically analyzed by the National Revenue Administration (KAS), and what risks or opportunities does this create? Or perhaps you would like to better understand how to prepare your organization for operating in an environment of increased data analytics?

With the introduction of JPK CIT, we are seeing a significant shift in the approach of the tax authorities – from traditional, post‑factum audits toward continuous data analysis, taxpayer risk profiling, and the identification of audit targets based on advanced analytics.

On behalf of the AmCham Tax and Financial Services Committee, we invite you to the meeting on the practical implications of JPK CIT from a tax audit and KAS analytics perspective, as well as on how companies can prepare organizationally and process‑wise for this new reality.

Our speakers will be Magdalena Brzuszczyńska, Director and Agata Stefanyszyn, Senior Manager of PwC, and we will discuss how data reported in JPK CIT and other JPK or KSeF may be used by tax authorities in practice, share initial observations on KAS’s analytical approach, and explore how companies can consciously manage tax risk in the new audit model.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 25 people; for those registering live, please click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendees one day before the event.
