We are pleased to invite you to our April Monthly meeting with Mr. Jan Sarnowski, Undersecretary of State, Minister's Plenipotentiary for International VAT Cooperation, Ministry of Finance.
Our guest will be accompanied by Mr. Aleksander Łożykowski, Director of the Income Tax Department, Mr. Paweł Selera, Director of Tax Department of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Finance and Mr. Waldemar Buda, Secretary of State, Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and will be held in Polish.
Our guests will share with us the most relevant changes considered for this year with a focus on those applicable for big companies and will discuss:
- The national e-invoicing system;
- Slim VAT 2;
- Changes in the "Estonian CIT";
- Changes in the Withholding Tax;
- The last VAT judgment of TSUE (EU Court of Justice).
