Have you already started preparing your organization for the upcoming pay transparency obligations?
Will your current remuneration structures and HR processes meet the new transparency and reporting requirements?
How can employers operating in Poland prepare for compliance while minimizing legal and reputational risks?
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting dedicated to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its practical implications for employers operating in Poland.
With the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive moving closer, employers are facing increasing uncertainty around the scope, timing, and practical impact of the upcoming changes. During the meeting, we will take a closer look at the current legislative landscape in Poland, discuss the most important developments introduced in the latest draft law, and explore how the proposed regulations may reshape remuneration policies, job evaluation processes, and broader HR practices within organizations.
Our speaker will be Michał Chodkowski, Partner of Łaszczuk and Wspólnicy, and we will cover in particular:
- the current status of implementation of the Directive, including provisions already in force as of 24 December 2025, areas still awaiting regulation, and the anticipated timeline for adoption of the final legislation and vacatio legis;
- key differences between the first draft law of 12 December 2025 and the revised draft of 28 April 2026;
- newly proposed requirements regarding the establishment of objective job evaluation criteria, the creation of remuneration frameworks, and updated rules for calculating the number of employees within an organization;
- the main risks and practical challenges for employers, including changes in employee categories during the year, interpretation of remuneration-related concepts, and other compliance uncertainties;
- which employer obligations are expected to apply first, including remuneration structure development, salary transparency requirements, and disclosure obligations;
- and the proposed sanctions for non-compliance.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 30 people; for those registering live, please click the live ticket). If you prefer to attend the meeting online, you will receive a Webex link before the event.
