The mission of the EduWorkgroup is to make the most of the potential of AmCham member companies in Poland to fortify innovative education in the country. Our overarching goal is to forge a coalition that supports education in developing entrepreneurial, IT, forward-thinking, executive presence, resilience, risk-taking or inclusiveness & empathy skills among young people at high school and higher education levels, all under the auspices of AmCham on a large scale. This initiative aims to shape the image of the Polish labour market as a hub of talent potential for innovation, promote Poland as an attractive destination for foreign investments by leveraging Polish talents, foster cross-sectoral dialogue, monitor market changes, and raise public awareness about the pivotal role of education and innovation in Poland’s economic development.
