On behalf of the AmCham Sustainability Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Building Fair, Sustainable and Resilient Supply Chains: EU Regulatory Updates and UTP Enforcement Trends in Poland.
Our speaker will be Robert Gago, Partner, Greenberg Traurig, who will present:
- Overview of recent EU regulatory developments in the area of combatting Unfair Trade Practices in the food and agriculture sector;
- Key findings from the European Commission’s evaluation of the UTP Directive and its enforcement across Member States;
- New cross border cooperation tools designed to combat UTPs in the internal market;
- Practical insights from recent Polish enforcement activity and case law — where main risks arise;
