On April 28, the AmCham Sustainability Committee's session entitled Building Fair, Sustainable, and Resilient Supply Chains: EU Regulatory Updates and UTP Enforcement Trends in Poland, brought together participants for an in-depth discussion on key regulatory and market developments. The event featured Robert Gago, Partner at Greenberg Traurig, an AmCham member company, as the guest speaker.
The session examined recent updates to EU regulations and highlighted the growing influence of ESG principles in shaping modern supply chains. A central topic of discussion was the UTP Directive, with particular emphasis on improving transparency in contracts and pricing within the agricultural sector.
