The latest ManpowerGroup report, “Where Are You Heading, Logistics?”, is now available, offering a timely look at the Polish logistics market.
We are proud that the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland could serve as a partner of this important publication. Thank you to ManpowerGroup for leading this initiative and for putting a spotlight on a sector that is truly the bloodstream of the Polish economy!
The findings show that Poland’s logistics sector is seen as well-developed compared to other European markets, with more than half of respondents considering it innovative. Poland is also viewed as an attractive destination for new investment, with 3 out of 4 respondents rating its competitiveness in logistics very highly.
The report also highlights key labor market challenges in the sector, including cost pressure and candidates’ salary expectations. Companies most often point to rising employment costs and high financial expectations among candidates as the biggest obstacles to filling logistics roles.
The report was officially launched during the Smart Logistics conference in Poznań, where Mateusz Jurczyk represented AmCham Poland and the AmCham Industry Committee and joined the discussion on the future of the logistics sector.
