Dear AmCham Members,
We are pleased to invite you to the AmCham Poland’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Christmas Reception on Monday, December 9th, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw.
The AGM is our most important meeting of the year; it’s an opportunity to take stock of the past year and strategize for the year ahead. The evening will feature an address from Mark Brzezinski, U.S. Ambassador to Poland, the release of AmCham Poland’s 2024 Annual Report, and a festive Christmas Reception.
During this year’s AGM we will also elect AmCham Poland’s Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 Board term through e-voting. If you cannot cast your vote during the AGM on December 9th, you will have the possibility to vote online between December 2nd and 6th. You will receive an instruction on the early voting from us by November 29th, 2024.
Please note that each member company in good standing (current membership dues paid) is authorized to vote through a single representative. If you want to authorize any other person from your company to vote on its behalf at the AGM, please send an e-mail with information who will be representing your company at the AGM to [email protected] by December 5th, 2024.
