EVENT DETAILS

This week, AmCham had the honor of hosting a high-level working lunch with Thomas G. DiNanno, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security. We were also privileged to welcome U.S. Ambassador Thomas Rose, along with a senior delegation from the State Department and U.S. Embassy Warsaw staff.

The meeting brought together leading American investors from the Defense & Security sector for a strategic discussion on Poland’s proactive approach to defense funding and explored new frameworks for armaments supply to enhance strategic transatlantic cooperation. We addressed the specific challenges currently facing AmCham member companies, with a particular focus on the growing demand for the most advanced capabilities. This exchange proved to be a valuable platform for identifying ways to deepen the partnership between the U.S. and Poland while strengthening the transatlantic industrial base. We are grateful to our guests and members for such a substantive and forward-looking dialogue.

We are grateful to Under Secretary DiNanno, Ambassador Rose, and the entire U.S. delegation for their time and for such a substantive exchange on the issues that are critical to our business community.
