The future of work

There are a number of global changes that will be influencing the future of work in Poland, including demographics, advances in technology, increased globalization. In a world of exponential growth of technologic capabilities and the rise of Artificial Intelligence, human work will need to be redefined. What will be left for humans and how can we develop this potential threat into opportunities for our organizations?

We invite you to a meeting The Future of work in Poland. Our speakers will be Ms. Lisa Glassner, Community Designer Insight-led Experience, Steelcase; and Mr. Andrew Blatiak, Director of Leadership and Management Institute. We will discuss how companies are starting to transform their organizations to prepare themselves for new models of work and how they are playing an active role in creating their future.

 

The meeting will take place on Thursday, December 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom (Spektrum Tower, l. Twarda 18, 16th floor).
