On behalf of the AmCham Employee & Labor Relations Committee, we invite you to a workshop on B2B Sales Team Excellence. Our speaker will be Mr. Peter Strupp, President of United Business Development and we will discuss:

 

  • how to employ a sales enablement capability within your sales teams;
  • what are the world-class sales best practices (specific skills and behavior practices that increase sales results);
  • what practical steps should be taken today in terms of sales leadership and team effectiveness;
  • how to use diagnostic tools and employee development process options in terms of increasing top line growth.

 

The workshop will take place on Thursday, March 22 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom, Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor.
