To grow and sustain American industrial investment in Poland by ensuring access to safe, reliable, diversified, affordable, and clean energy for both current and prospective investors, the Committee is committed to:
– Facilitating the development of a consistent, long-term, and transparent energy strategy for Poland.
– Streamlining and simplifying planning and environmental procedures to boost administrative efficiency, foster an investor-friendly environment, and accelerate industrial investment.
– Enhancing education and awareness for energy off-takers and consumers, with active participation from both the public and private sectors, particularly regarding new regulations and emerging technologies.
– Strengthening the education system to ensure the availability of a highly skilled workforce that meets the needs of industrial investors.
– Encouraging policymakers to reduce fees and fiscal burdens while improving the incentive system to foster the energy transformation.
