In connection with the conducted public consultations on the Draft Act of May 4, 2021, amending the Act on investments in wind farms and certain other acts, AmCham has presented its position paper with postulates to develop the best solutions for the further development of industry and green energy in Poland along with ensuring the proper level of environmental protection.
