Gosia has been with PepsiCo since 1993, starting her journey in Poland. Over the years, she has held diverse roles spanning marketing, communications, and government affairs. Prior to her current position in the Central Europe business unit, she served as External Communications Director for Europe. She also held the role of Public & Government Affairs Director for Eastern Europe, overseeing operations in Russia, Ukraine, and Poland, as well as Communication Director and Marketing Director for Central Europe.

In her current capacity, Gosia leads regional engagement with key external stakeholders across Central Europe, while managing the regulatory and public policy environment for PepsiCo’s business in Poland.

Since March 2005, she has served as the President of the Polish Food and Drink Federation. Additionally, she is a Board Member of the Advertising Council in Poland. Most recently, Gosia joined the Supervisory Board of Kaucja.pl – Krajowy System Kaucyjny S.A.
