Dear AmCham Poland Members,

I am honored to seek your support for my candidacy on the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term.

As the Managing Director of Boeing Poland and Ukraine, I lead approximately 2,300 employees and contractors, with nearly 1,300 based in Poland. Our presence in Poland has grown significantly, and we currently operate 25 business lines, including global navigation services and a variety of engineering disciplines, supporting both civilian and military platforms for Polish customers.

The evolving international and economic landscape presents challenges and opportunities for the transatlantic business community. I believe AmCham Poland can play a vital role in enhancing transatlantic business cooperation, especially given the strategic importance of Polish-American relations and Poland’s rising influence in the EU.

If elected to the AmCham Poland Board of Directors, my priorities will include:

• Supporting the advancement of Polish – American political and business relations
• Advocating for a business-friendly regulatory environment that ensures a level playing field for all businesses, especially during the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union
• Positioning Poland as a prime destination for American businesses seizing new opportunities arising from realignment of global value chains, especially in industrial sectors
• Bringing attention to the effects of geopolitical and economic trends on the local business environment
