Małgorzata (Gosia) Skonieczna – Director, Public Policy/Government Affairs & Communications, Central Europe, member of the Supervisory Board of PepsiCo Group in Poland.

She joined PepsiCo in 1993 in Poland and has since then held various positions in marketing, communications, and government affairs. Prior to assuming her role in the Central Europe business unit, she served as the External Communication Director for the Europe Sector. In addition, she served as the Public & Government Affairs Director for Eastern Europe, responsible for Russia, Ukraine, and Poland, as well as Communication Director for Central Europe and Marketing Director for Central Europe.

In her current role, Gosia leads regional engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring operations in Central Europe and the Baltics and managing regulatory/media climate for PEP business.

Since March 2005, she has been the President of the Polish Food Federation. She served as Vice Chairman of FoodDrinkEurope (FDE) between 2006 and 2009.
