What are the most pressing issues and topics HR leaders will face in 2026, and how to prepare for them?
As the new year unfolds, it is essential to keep in mind several upcoming changes to Polish employment law and emerging trends that will impact job seekers, employers, and the overall workforce.
Don’t miss the upcoming HR Committee’s meeting with Małgorzata Grzelak and Luiza Luranc, who in both roles (as Co-Chairs and speakers) will lead us through hot employment topics in Poland for 2026, including:
•    The implementation status of the Pay Transparency Directive;
•    New regulations concerning collective labor agreements and other agreements with trade unions;
•    Planned regulations on workplace bullying and sick leaves; or
•    New powers of the National Labor Inspectorate regarding the reclassification of freelancers into employees.
We will also share:
•    The overall outlook for individual industries and regions in Q1 and employers’ plans based on the results of the Employment Outlook Barometer; and
•    Candidates’ views of the Polish labor market.
And finally, we will discuss areas for the HR Committee’s focus for 2026, inviting you to share your views and participate in a brief survey. This will help us plan the HR Committee’s agenda and activities for 2026.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendees one day before the event.
