EVENT DETAILS
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled The Role of Digital Employee Documentation as a Key Element of a Modern Work Environment.
Our guests will be Tomasz Morawski from Iron Mountain, and Marcin Sanetra from PCS law firm. Together, we will explore how employee documentation can function not only as a set of HR records, but also as part of an organization’s information infrastructure, supporting efficient processes, better access to data, and further automation. Our guests will explain why the recent changes in the legal framework and on the market, support the decision to go fully digital in 2026.
We will discuss the challenges of traditional paper-based or fragmented documentation, the growing importance of fast access to information in hybrid and digital work environments, and the digital transformation of employee records, including digitization, electronic employee files, and centralized repositories.
The presentation will also cover digital document workflows, electronic signatures, remote hiring processes, and the lifecycle of employee documentation, including the distinction between active and archival records. Finally, we will look at how well-structured documentation and accessible data, support further automation, analytics, and the use of AI in organizations.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 25 people; for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendees one day before the event.
