Transfer pricing and the arm’s-length principle, as the main barriers to an appropriate remuneration for intercompany cross-border exchanges of goods and services, are crucial for supporting global supply chains and ensuring compliance with national and international tax regulations. However, recent tariff developments have introduced significant disruptions to established transfer pricing policies, creating challenges and opportunities for multinational enterprises.
On behalf of the AmCham Tax & Financial Services, we invite you to a meeting about how tariffs may disrupt transfer pricing policies, forcing multinational enterprises to re-evaluate their supply chains and potentially adapt their transfer pricing arrangements.

The key points of our discussion will be:
- Summary of the key assumptions of the U.S.–EU Agreement;
- Presentation of the main implications of the Agreement for U.S. and EU businesses;
- Indication of issues to be considered to assess and mitigate the impact of the Agreement on a given company (classification, customs value, origin, certain procedures available in the U.S.);
- Customs duties and their impact on the existing transfer pricing policy;
- Transfer pricing adjustments and customs value.
