Have you ever wondered how GenZ views workplace bullying? Are our organizations prepared for the changes ahead? Is the legal landscape evolving quickly enough?
These were just some of the questions we explored with PCS experts Marcin Sanetra and Robert Stępień during a joint event hosted by the AmCham HR Committee and AmCham Kraków, held earlier this week at the PepsiCo Kraków Capability Center.
The event was opened by Committee Co-Chairs Małgorzata Grzelak and Piotr Zygmunt, along with AmCham Kraków Director Mateusz Jurczyk, and brought together a strong group of HR professionals and strategists, both in person and online.
Starting with anticipated changes to the legal framework, the discussion expanded to cover many facets of managing cross-generational teams, including some surprising insights, such as the evolving role and influence of trade unions.
Did we find all the answers? Not yet. Did we uncover new questions and areas for further exploration? Absolutely. We look forward to continuing the conversation, welcoming diverse perspectives, and working toward practical solutions.
