The European Union has set an ambitious agenda correlated with pursuing climate neutrality and improving the Member States' waste management system. This regulatory poses a significant challenge for businesses, particularly those who manage industrial waste, where the new solutions will affect entities from different industries and implicate substantial costs.
On behalf of the AmCham Industry & Energy Committee, we invite you to a meeting with Mr. Jacek Ozdoba, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environmental. We will discuss how to rationalize excessive regulatory burdens in the environmental and waste management strategy and present potential business solutions. The goal of the meeting is to convey a set of priority issues to our guest speaker and discuss how AmCham could assist the Ministry of Climate in the process of introducing these changes.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and will be held in Polish. We are aware of the short notice, but due to the Minister's tight calendar, we have not been able to secure the day of the meeting earlier.
