On April 3, 2025, we had a pleasure to meet with Karol Nawrocki, President of the Institute of National Remembrance and candidate for the office of President of Poland.
This was the second in a series of meetings with presidential candidates planned by AmCham. Our invitation to participate in these discussions has been extended to all presidential candidates who have registered so far.
During the meeting with Mr. Nawrocki, moderated by Marta Poslad, AmCham Chairwoman, we have discuss the outlook for transatlantic relations, the investment climate in Poland, and the effect of U.S. investments on Poland's security. Mr Nawrocki also presented his postulates on the crucial challenges facing entrepreneurs operating in Poland, such as the shortage of employees or the high cost of electricity. In the Q&A session, we discussed numerous industry issues, from methods of increasing the availability of medicines for Polish patients to Poland's energy mix and cyber security.
