Almost 120 AmCham members attended our January Monthly Meeting on 8th of January, 2025, featuring a panel discussion entitled "Economic & Business Outlook for 2025”.
We had the chance to hear the point of view from our distinguished guest speakers: Raphael Minder, correspondent of Financial Times; Andrzej Bobiński Managing Director, Polityka Insight and Marta Poslad, new AmCham Chairwoman (Google). The discussion was moderated by Tony Housh, AmCham Board Member.
Within the panel we focused our discussion and exchanged ideas on the key issues effecting Poland in 2025 year, the transatlantic relationship and the outlook for U.S. & European relations. The discussion also circled around the Polish Presidency of the EU Council, new European Commission, the ongoing war in Ukraine, upcoming Polish presidential elections, and the new U.S. administration starting from January 20th.
