One frequently repeated employer branding phrase is “the employee and their needs are at the center of our company.” At the same time, nearly 60% of employees in Poland* declare that they do not receive support from their employer in situations of mental strain. What about other diseases that require long-term or complicated treatments?
What is the role of the company in such a situation? How should a manager/leader behave to support the employee and the team in such a situation? In what way could HR support and should they really interfere?
Join us on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the GE Healthcare office in Krakow, Życzkowskiego 20 Street (AVIA Office), to take part in the workshop meeting based on real-life cases and led by Joanna Bogdanowicz-Antos, Chairwoman of Fundacja Zdrowego Postępu and her team.
