On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Hybrid Pitfalls – How to Navigate the Complex Landscape of Distributed Work?
Our speakers will be from AmCham member companies – Dorota Osiecka, Partner, People & Places Advisory, Colliers Define, and Zuzanna Karaś, Senior HR Manager, Intego Group.
During our discussion, we will try to answer some questions, such as:
- Is hybrid work damaging my culture?
- Should I bring people back to the office at all costs?
- What are the best practices for making the right decisions in times of uncertainty?
