„Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are crucial for promoting sustainable development and environmental stewardship in organizations. They foster a culture of sustainability by engaging employees, driving eco-friendly initiatives, and raising environmental awareness. However, many organizations face challenges in aligning ERG activities with sustainability goals, securing resources, and measuring their impact.
On behalf of the AmCham Wrocław Branch, we invite you to a round table meeting titled “Harnessing the Power of Employee Resource Groups for Sustainable Development: Case Studies and Best Practices.”
During this session, we will explore:

2.Overcoming Common Challenges – Real-world Case Studies
3.Best Practices and Innovative Approaches
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will be chaired by Alicja Zalewska-Choma, Senior Sustainability Manager in Kyndryl.
