Throughout 2025, the AmCham HR Committee explored the benefits and challenges of cross-generational collaboration – covering legal, psychological, and sociological perspectives. We are now concluding this year-long journey with a session dedicated to practical implementations and best practices.
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled From Insight to Impact: Cross-Generational Collaboration in Leadership.
During the session, Zuzanna Mikołajczyk and Paweł Binkowski from ManpowerGroup will share the story of their innovative Junior Leadership Team – an initiative connecting the company’s Management Board with a diverse group of Gen Z professionals. Together, they co-create the organization’s development plans and shape communication that resonates across the company.
Our guests will discuss:
- Why and how the idea was born – the purpose behind building an intergenerational leadership bridge;
- Recruitment to the Junior Leadership Team – diversity, selection, and development process;
- What has been achieved so far – tangible outcomes and organizational impact;
- Mutual benefits – how both leaders and participants grow through this collaboration;
- Lessons learned and future plans – what works, what can be improved, and what’s next.
Expect an interactive session, real stories, and plenty of inspirational takeaways on how to engage young professionals in strategic management and build a culture that truly listens to every generation.
