From Insight to Impact: Cross-Generational Collaboration in Leadership

When juniors and management join forces, big things happen. It means fostering a culture of empowerment, building trust, and ensuring that juniors are well supported by the key management, among others.
On November 24, 2025, the AmCham HR Committee organized a meeting entitled From Insight to Impact – Cross Generational Collaboration in Leadership. We have hosted Zuzanna Mikołajczyk and Paweł Binkowski from Manpower Group, who shared the story of their Innovative Junior Leadership Team, an initiative connecting the company’s Management Board with a diverse group of Gen Z professionals. We have learned the background of the project, with takeaways for the future. Speaking about lessons learned, our guests suggested more supervisors for the projects, more regular meetings, and … more challenging projects for the group.
