EVENT DETAILS
In recent years, when travelling has become more accessible for all of us and global challenges such as COVID-19 underscore the importance of health and safety, the travel insurance market is set for dynamic growth. We are not looking for basic protection anymore, but we seek policies and travel strategies that align with our style of traveling and meet our security needs.
What are the key factors driving these changes, and how do they influence our travel planning decisions?
On behalf of the AmCham Travel and Tourism Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Evolution of travel insurance programs. Key business travel trends to watch in 2026. Our speakers will be from AON, an AmCham member company, Michał Borowski, Health & Benefit Senior Claims Specialist, and Jacek Kudlek, Health & Benefit Broker, who will provide some characteristics and statistics of the insurance market, followed by:
1. Business Travel Accident (BTA) as a guarantee of comprehensive protection;
2. Types of BTA and Personal Accident (PA) insurance products;
3. Key things to know before purchasing an insurance policy;
4. Pre-trip checklist;
5. Examples of claims – how it works and types.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendees one day before the event.
