On Tuesday, 23th of April, together with Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw, we had a pleasure of organising an exclusive Cocktail Reception for AmCham Board & Advisory Council Members with the U.S. Embassy Warsaw representatives.
Marzena Drela, AmCham Executive & Operations Director, welcomed the guests. Our special guests Jim Lindley, Commercial Counselor and Douglas O’Neil, Commercial Conselor of the U.S. Embassy shared with the guests the latest issues on the U.S. Embassy agenda. AmCham Vice-Chair, Marta Poslad, referred to the transatlantic relations and current challenges for Poland and U.S.-Polish relations, while AmCham Vice-Chair, John Lynch, gave an update about the U.S. support for Ukraine.
The meeting was also an exceptional occasion to discuss the current situation and challenges that American companies in Poland face on a daily basis. AmCham Legal & Public Policy Director, Marta Pawlak, briefed the guests about the AmCham’s advocacy agenda, activities for public policy, and cooperation with the new government.
Thank you to all the participants of the meeting - we truly enjoyed your presence: 3M, Apple, BAT, Brown-Forman, CEC Group, Cisco, Citi, Dell Technologies, Google, IBM, Lynka, PepsiCo, The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, Raytheon, PwC, Skyborn Renewables, T-Mobile, Uber, and U.S. Embassy Warsaw.
