Yesterday, as part of a special edition of the AmCham Cultural Series, together with The Coca-Cola Company, KPMG Poland and the Wajda School and Studio, we hosted a special screening of The Promised Land (Ziemia Obiecana) in honour of the Year of Andrzej Wajda. What an unforgettable evening celebrating Polish cinema it was!
The evening opened with remarks by Dorota Dabrowski-Winterscheid, MBA, AmCham Board member, Tomasz Czajkowski, Public Affairs Director for Poland at The Coca-Cola Company, and Krzysztof Wozniak, Director, Shared Services and Outsourcing Consulting at KPMG Poland, and continued with conversation between Andrzej Seweryn and Tomasz Raczek on Wajda’s legacy and the lasting relevance of the film.
