We are pleased to invite you to the AmCham Annual General Meeting & Christmas Reception 2025, which will take place on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Opera Ballroom of the InterContinental Warsaw Hotel.
The AGM is our most important meeting of the year, and your participation is essential. During the session, we will review the key accomplishments of the past year and discuss priorities, ideas, and needs for the year ahead. We will also present the release of AmCham’s 2025 Annual Report and the Auditors’ Report, and conclude the evening with a festive Christmas Reception.
This year’s meeting will be particularly special, as it will feature remarks by Thomas Rose, the newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to Poland. It will be an excellent opportunity to hear the Ambassador’s first address to the AmCham community.

- Proposed Resolution for Dues Increase
We would like to inform you that AmCham Poland is proposing an update to membership fees in the context of inflation since the last fee increase in 2021. This proposal will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting on December 8. The proposed adjustment is 15%, bringing the annual fees to:
- Corporate Regular Membership: from PLN 12,500 to PLN 14,375
- Advisory Council Membership: from PLN 35,000 to PLN 40,250
- Individual Membership: from PLN 2,000 to PLN 2,300
All fees are paid in USD according to the NBP daily average rate.
