Today, the AmCham Real Estate Committee organized a meeting entitled Are you ready for your new workplace? We had the pleasure to host as speakers Bartłomiej Bochenek, Investment Associate, Griffin Real Estate; Grzegorz Grela, EMEA Senior Facility Manager, Rockwell Automation; Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation, Savills and Mikołaj Sznajder, Director, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, CBRE Poland. The Co-Chairs of the Committee Jarosław Bator, Head of New Business, Echo Investments S.A., and Michał Chodecki, BTS Development Director, Panattoni Development Company moderated the meeting.

According to our speakers, health, safety, flexibility, and communication technologies seem to be the trends for the current year and beyond. As it was underlined, the pandemic has only accelerated some processes that began some time ago. We may expect to some point renegotiation of agreements, and although there are tools for complete flexibility, it should not necessarily be the goal. Offices will become flexible; contracts can be short-term and financial institutions need to find themselves in a new reality.
