AmCham’s recommendations to Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz

AmCham has presented recommendations on how to keep the Polish market attractive for foreign investors in response to the impact of  COVID-19 to the newly appointed Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz. We underlined the need for a bigger focus on large enterprises, increase job support aid, more transparent criteria for using the Polish Development Fund’s support instruments, not imposing new fiscal burdens, wider exceptions from the obligation to pay social security contributions and accelerating procedures such as VAT refunds.
