AmCham Interactive Workshop

On November 14th, AmCham Kraków & Katowice together with Accent Business Training (ABT) held an Interactive Workshop devoted to organizational politics. The discussion at Kraków’s Sheraton Grand Hotel focused on questions like: Are they good or bad? Do they serve organizations or stand in the way of organizational health and transparency? How can we measure and develop political savviness? The speakers were Agata Cielarska-Fijałkowska and John Held from ABT.
