AmCham GAP Meeting – April 10, 12:00 PM with Mariusz Filipek, Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Development and Technology for Deregulation and Economic Dialogue

On April 10th, 2025, AmCham had the opportunity to meet with Mariusz Filipek, Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Economic Development and Technology for Deregulation and Economic Dialogue, and Deputy SME Ombudsman.

The conversation centered on the current status of Poland’s first deregulation package, upcoming legislative plans, and broader priorities for improving the regulatory environment for business.

As companies continue to navigate a complex legal and administrative landscape, simplifying regulations and reducing unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles remain essential for fostering investment, innovation, and growth.
This meeting offered valuable insight into the government’s ongoing efforts to streamline procedures, while also giving our members a platform to share their experiences and recommendations directly with a policymaker shaping these reforms.

We sincerely thank Mr. Filipek for his openness and constructive dialogue, and all our members and guests for their active participation and valuable input. We look forward to continued collaboration in support of a more business-friendly regulatory environment in Poland!
