As talent management becomes a key factor, HR professionals have to recruit more specialized talents and then build and maintain employee engagement. AmCham Employee & Labor Relations Committee organized on Oct. 4 meeting on  Current Trends in the Recruitment Process for SSC/BPO Industry – Issues, Challenges and Prospects. Our speakers were Mr. Marek Wróbel, Commercial Director, Ms. Urszula Mikulska, Business Development Manager and Ms. Julita Iks, Recruitment Expert from Experis, part of the Manpower company. We discussed current recruitment trends in the SSC/BPO industry and characteristics of specialists currently most demanded – how to reach and retain them in the organization.
