AmCham’s position paper on remote work provisions to the Labor code

The Polish Government is currently working on regulation regarding the introduction of remote work provisions to the Labor code. 

AmCham supports the initiative and the direction of the regulations and appreciates their flexibility. Nevertheless, in the purpose of creating the most efficient solutions for the functioning and development of the labor market, AmCham has prepared and submitted its postulates to the Ministry of Economic Development, Labor and Technology.
