EVENT DETAILS
Due to the conflict of date with our monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 28, the AmCham Sustainability Committee meeting, entitled Building Fair, Sustainable and Resilient Supply Chains: EU Regulatory Updates and UTP Enforcement Trends in Poland, will be held on the same day but has been rescheduled to 11:00 a.m. (until 12:30 p.m.). All other details of the meeting remain unchanged. Our speaker will be Robert Gago, Partner at Greenberg Traurig, who will present:
- Overview of recent EU regulatory developments in the area of combatting Unfair Trade Practices in the food and agriculture sector;
- Key findings from the European Commission’s evaluation of the UTP Directive and its enforcement across Member States;
- New cross border cooperation tools designed to combat UTPs in the internal market;
- Practical insights from recent Polish enforcement activity and case law — where main risks arise;
- Forward looking predictions and practical lessons for market participants.
We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 25 people; for those registering live, please click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendees one day before the event.
