Pay Transparency in Practice: A Global Approach to Local Challenges

EVENT DETAILS
The EU Pay Transparency Directive will come into effect in June 2026, meaning companies will have to calculate their gender pay gap and adopt new reporting procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations. The main goal of the Directive is to build transparency and help close the gender pay gap; however, the entire process requires time to prepare for the upcoming changes, especially since local implementing legislation in many European Union countries is not yet available.
What can employers do now to best use this opportunity to embrace pay transparency and improve their organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent? What approach to take given regulatory complexity and the multitude of pay transparency laws in Europe? How to identify pay gaps in your organization and the key drivers behind them? How to prepare data-driven job evaluation systems and keep your job architecture frameworks updated to ensure efficient and transparent reporting?
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Pay Transparency in Practice: A Global Approach to Local Challenges. Our speakers will be from Aon Poland, AmCham member company, Katarzyna Rynkiewicz, Health & Benefits Department Director, Member of the Management; Katarzyna Stadnicka, Director, People Advisory, and Przemysław Gołoś, Business Development Director.
During the meeting, we will discuss:
– Job evaluation and the pay gap calculation;
– Reporting in practice;
– Best practices from the UK and EU countries;
– Action plan and timeline.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
