Starting October 1 this year, the deposit-refund system will come into force in Poland. How should your business prepare for the upcoming changes?
On behalf of the AmCham Sustainability Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled What is the deposit system and does it apply to my company?
Our speaker will be Katarzyna Barańska, Partner, Head of Decarbonization Poland, Osborne and Clarke, and we will discuss the most important characteristics of the new system, including:
- topics related to entities subject to DRS obligations;
- types of products subject to regulations and requirements for manufacturers, retailers, and other market participants;
- how to effectively implement a deposit system – challenges, risks, and lessons from other markets.
We encourage you to come to the meeting to find out how the deposit systems work and what actions businesses should take, on Tuesday, September 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the AmCham office, Spektrum, ul.
