A coalition of organizations representing the digital economy sector supports the adoption of amendments to the National Cybersecurity System Act

AmCham, together with a coalition of business organizations comprising the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, Digital Poland Association, Digital Technology Employers Lewiatan, and the Chamber of Digital Economy, has prepared a letter to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski and other key stakeholders involved in the process of working on changes to the National Cybersecurity System Act.

We express our support for the direction of the solutions provided for in the draft and encourage the government to accelerate work on it. The improvement of cybersecurity standards in Poland cannot continue to be blocked by particular interests and disputes over secondary issues. In the current geopolitical situation, Poland urgently needs to implement regulations on high-risk vendors, the adoption of which should be a priority for all stakeholders involved.
